Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website (the "Service")
operated by Riverview Track & Materials.

1. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may
be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your
name, shipping address, billing information, and email address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed using
incorrect or fraudulent information.
2. Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products
or services at any time, without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of any product or
service and may cancel orders if a product or service becomes unavailable.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within a reasonable time frame. However, we cannot guarantee
delivery times, and any provided delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return,
please contact our customer support team.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs
are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the mistake was
on our end, i.e. we ship you a different part(s) than what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping
costs. If you order the incorrect part, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
All returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
5. Warranty
Warranty on all parts is covered only if there are manufacturing defect(s) with the part(s) in question.
Warranty does not cover general wear and tear. Warranty does not cover misuse of part(s). The terms

warranty denial is subject to the sole discretion of Riverview Track & Materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property
of Riverview Track & Materials or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and
other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the
Service without our express written permission.
7. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access
to your computer.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We
reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
